Can I reserve a time and date for my event by telephone? Yes, there is a 50% deposit required to book and hold a date and time. However it is imperative for you at this time to also schedule a time and date for meeting with the Chapel Sacristan to specify each and every detail of your event.
Why do I need an appointment? Appointments help us to serve you better. When you have an appointment, we know when you will be available and we can arrange a tour of Sacred Heart Chapel, plus we will set-aside adequate time to give you our undivided attention. Otherwise, you may come in when the Chapel Sacristan is unavailable and unable to provide the service you deserve.
Can my Minister, Priest or Celebrant perform the ceremony? Yes, your Minister, Priest or Celebrant of your choice, regardless of faith is welcome to perform your ceremony at our Chapel.
How many attendees can the Chapel accommodate? Sacred Heart Chapel comfortably seats 175 attendees.
Is the Chapel air-conditioned? Yes, the entire Chapel is totally climate controlled and are comfortable year around regardless of the ambient temperature.
What must I also provide for the ceremony? You must provide services, such as, photographer, floral arrangements, music, additional candles, aisle runners, etc., yourself. Again, it is imperative to discuss these specific details with the Chapel Sacristan.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks and most credit cards for you convenience.
Do I have to pay for everything now? No, we do have payment plans available. The payments are set up with the Chapel Sacristan according to the event you have chosen.
Seems easier than I imagined, can I also book the reception with you? No, but we will provide you a list of suitable suggestions conveniently located within our local area.
